Martin Parr is an English photographer who grew up in Surrey. He grew up following a middle class lifestyle. His grandfather introduced him to photography, and that's where he says he got his "photographer genes".

He likes to contrast British life, and talk about classes. He likes to showcase the quirky and weird side of Britain.
